Fitness Division in Italy has collaborated with the Future Champions Academy, one of the most prestigious organizations in the international fencing scene, providing support in the athletic preparation of Olympic-level fencers.

The work focused on developing specific programs aimed at improving explosiveness, reaction time, coordination, and endurance—qualities essential for competing at the highest level.

Through a scientific and personalized approach, it contributed to optimizing athletes’ performance by integrating the technical-tactical work typical of the sport with advanced, targeted physical preparation, capable of enhancing fencing movements and providing a competitive edge on the piste.

Federico Vismara

Federico Vismara has established himself as a key figure in Italian men’s épée. 2024 Paris Olympics: fourth place in both the individual and team events. Reached the quarterfinals in the individual competition, finishing as the top Italian on the piste.

Michele Niggeler

Michele Niggeler is a fencer specializing in épée, holding dual Swiss and Italian citizenship, but competes for Switzerland. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Switzerland finished 8th in the men’s team épée event.
